"Wow! What an amazing experience at Belchia in Torrevieja recently. Fantastic tasting menu, beautiful food and plenty of wine! Saskia is a fabulous hostess and Chef Benny has created some superb dishes. A true gem of a place and so pleased I found out about it as it’s a must to go and visit if you’re ever in Torrevieja. The gift of wine, chocolates and whisky when we left was an added touch of magic. Thank you Saskia and Benny for such a wonderful evening."

"A Michelin-worthy hidden gem near Torrevieja! We visited Restaurante Belchica yesterday with friends and were completely blown away. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect. The entire evening was orchestrated in such a fantastic way that our eyes were happy before our mouths went ecstatic. We journeyed through several exquisite dishes from the sea before moving on to the cow and duck; each course felt like a deliberate, beautiful movement in a symphony. To complement the food, the wine list offers a great variety, showcasing the very best of Spain. Note on Payment: Please be aware that this is a cash-only establishment. However, do not let that worry you—the owner is incredibly flexible and helpful in finding solutions. This was a meal to remember for a long time. We are lucky to live close to Torrevieja because this is certainly not the last time we will visit. Thank you, Restaurante Belchica, for a fantastic evening!"
